Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your TreatStreet account and the personal data associated with it at any time. We offer two ways to do this.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open TreatStreet and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. This permanently removes your profile, photos, scores, badges, map posts, friend connections, and login.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us and we'll process your request:
- Email privacy@treatstreet.app from the address associated with the account, or include your username.
- Use the subject line "Delete my data".
- We may ask a question or two to verify the request before we act.
For parents & guardians
If you're the parent or guardian of a child who uses TreatStreet, you can request that we delete your child's account and personal data, and refuse any further collection. Email privacy@treatstreet.app and we'll help. We may verify that you are the child's parent or guardian first.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account login
- Photos and videos you uploaded
- Scores, points, badges, and leaderboard entries
- Map notes, comments, reactions, and house tags
- Friend and group connections
- Any stored location data tied to your account
We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate safety and security purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
How long it takes
In-app deletion is effective immediately. Email requests are typically completed within a reasonable period after we verify the request.
