Common questions

How do I sign up?

Kids sign up with a username and password — no email needed. Adults can use Apple or Google. Younger players will need a parent to approve the account first.

My child is under 13 — what happens?

The account stays locked until a verified parent or guardian approves it. We'll email the parent address provided during sign-up. See Parents & Safety.

I forgot my PIN / password.

For younger accounts, a parent can reset the settings PIN. For password help, contact support@treatstreet.app.

How is my candy scored?

TreatStreet uses AI vision to count the candy in your photo, and that count scores your haul. See How to Play.

How do I report something inappropriate?

Use the report or block options in the app, or email us. Content is also screened automatically before it appears.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete Account. Or request it by email — see Delete Your Data.
