Terms of Service

Welcome to TreatStreet, a Halloween game operated by Hauler LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the TreatStreet app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use TreatStreet

TreatStreet is a game intended for children, teens, and families. If you are under 13, you may only use the Service after a parent or guardian has provided verifiable consent through our consent process. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your child and are responsible for their use of the Service.

2. Your account

• Keep your username and password secure and don't share your account.
• Provide accurate information, including a valid parent email where required.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Community rules

To keep TreatStreet fun and safe, you agree not to:

• Post content that is inappropriate, harmful, hateful, sexual, violent, or unsafe for children;
• Harass, bully, impersonate, or threaten others;
• Cheat, manipulate scores, or upload photos that aren't your own real candy haul;
• Share other people's private information;
• Break the law or try to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service.

We screen content automatically and allow users to report or block content and accounts. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you create. By posting, you grant Hauler LLC a limited license to host, display, screen, and share that content within the Service as needed to operate features you use (for example, the map and leaderboards), consistent with our Privacy Policy.

5. Scoring & gameplay

Candy hauls are scored using AI vision. Scores, badges, points, and leaderboard standings are part of a game, are provided "as is," and have no cash or monetary value. We may adjust gameplay, scoring, and features to keep the game fair and fun.

6. Safety & trick-or-treating

TreatStreet is a game, not a safety tool. Always follow local laws and common-sense safety when trick-or-treating, and supervise children as appropriate. We are not responsible for offline activities.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Delete Your Data). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect users.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hauler LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. (Have counsel finalize this section for your jurisdiction.)

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
